1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All affiliate advertising must be in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (CAN-SPAM Act), and any other relevant federal, state, or international consumer protection laws.

2. Prohibited Practices

No Brand Bidding: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on "Creative Bible" or any variations of this name in any search engine marketing, pay-per-click advertising, or similar campaigns.

No False Promises: Affiliates must not make any false claims, misleading statements, or unsubstantiated promises about the product or its benefits.

No Spam: Affiliates must not engage in spamming practices, including unsolicited emails, comments, or messages on social media, forums, or other platforms.

No Negative Marketing: Affiliates must avoid using negative terms like "scam" or "fraud" in ads, landing pages, review pages, or any other content related to Creative Bible.

No Unauthorized Use of Materials: Affiliates must not use any materials (images, videos, text) that they do not own or have explicit permission to use. This includes the Creative Bible sales video, images, or any other content related to the brand.

3. Restrictions on Use

No Incentives: Affiliates are not allowed to offer incentives (e.g., cash rebates, bonuses) to customers for purchasing Creative Bible.

No Press Releases or Branded Apps: Affiliates must not distribute press releases, create apps, or produce other products using the Creative Bible brand name without written consent.

No Misrepresentation: Affiliates are prohibited from creating webpages, social media pages, or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of the Creative Bible product. Affiliates must clearly indicate that their pages are review pages and disclose that they are compensated for the review.

4. Selling Restrictions

No Retail Sites: Affiliates may not promote Creative Bible on retail or auction sites like Amazon, eBay, Google Store, iTunes, or similar platforms.

No Direct Linking to Order Forms: Affiliates must not bypass the official Creative Bible sales page to generate orders. Customers must view the offer as presented by us before being directed to the order page.

5. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creative Bible from any lawsuits, investigations, claims, or complaints arising from any violation of the terms outlined above. Compliance is the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

6. Termination of Affiliate Status

Any affiliate caught violating these terms will have their affiliate status revoked immediately and will be permanently banned from the program, with no eligibility for reinstatement.
